Ati Robotics — until recently known as Ati Motors, and now trading under the Ati Robotics name on its current website — is an Indian maker of autonomous mobile robots for factories and warehouses, headquartered in Bengaluru with a United States office in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Its Sherpa family of AMRs covers towing (Sherpa Tug), lifting (Sherpa Lifter), pallet movement (Sherpa Pallet Mover and the heavy Sherpa 10K), bin handling (Sherpa Bin Mover) and the Sherpa Mecha platform, all coordinated by the Ati Fleet Manager and the company’s Ativerse / Ati Flow orchestration software. The robots are designed for brownfield plants: they run on existing factory floors without new infrastructure and are sold for intralogistics work such as moving parts, pallets and finished goods between production stages.

The company states that its robots work in more than 70 factories and have completed more than two million missions. Founded in 2017, it raised a $20M Series B in January 2025, taking cumulative funding to roughly $37M (company-stated).
