Welcome to GlobleMatch AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of globlematch.ai (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
GlobleMatch AI provides free educational tools, guides, and articles for international connection and cultural discovery. You may use the tools, guides, and articles for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Global Launchpad pages are intended for business use as described in Sections 8 and 9. You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it.
2. Not a Matchmaking or Dating Service
GlobleMatch AI is an educational tools-and-content platform only. We do not host user profiles, match individuals, facilitate introductions or connections between users, or provide any dating, matchmaking, or relationship services. Our tools are informational and for entertainment and educational purposes.
3. Informational Purposes Only
All content, tools, and outputs on the Site are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional travel, financial, legal, medical, or relationship advice. See our Disclaimer for details. Always verify important information independently.
4. Tool Results
Our tools (including the travel budget calculator and others) provide estimates and suggestions based on general data and simple logic. Results are approximate, for entertainment or planning only, and should not be relied upon as definitive. Costs, customs, and other information change over time.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, design, graphics, and tools, is owned by GlobleMatch AI or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
6. Third-Party Links and Ads
The Site contains advertising (via Google AdSense) and may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of third parties. Your interactions with advertisers and linked sites are solely between you and them.
7. Local Storage and Account
Our optional account feature stores data locally in your browser. We are not responsible for data lost when you clear your browser or switch devices, as this data is not stored on our servers.
8. Global Launchpad Brand Listings
Brand listings on the Global Launchpad are free. Every application is reviewed by a person, and we may decline an application or remove a listing at our discretion. By submitting an application you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share the names, text, logos, and images you submit. If your application is approved, you grant GlobleMatch a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display the brand information you agreed to publish (brand name, website, descriptions, and images) on the Site, until you ask us to remove it. A listing is not an endorsement, and we do not promise sales, traffic, rankings, backlinks, partnerships, or investment.
9. Consulting Services
Go-to-market consulting is optional and separate from brand listings. Prices and descriptions on the Site are for information only. Scope, fees, payment, and any refund or cancellation terms are set out in a separate written agreement that both parties accept before work begins, and that agreement governs the engagement. Consulting does not guarantee placement, rankings, traffic, or sales, and buying it is never a condition of a free listing.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that information is accurate or current.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlobleMatch AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content or tools.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
