OTTO Motors is the industrial autonomous mobile robot (AMR) brand of Clearpath Robotics, headquartered in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. Its AMRs move materials inside factories and warehouses, from light parts delivery to heavy pallet-scale loads, and are managed by the OTTO Fleet Manager platform and the OTTO Autonomy driving stack. The current line-up spans the OTTO 100 (up to 150 kg), OTTO 600, OTTO 1200, OTTO 1500 (up to 1,900 kg) and the OTTO Lifter for autonomous forklift-style handling. OTTO was launched as Clearpath’s industrial division in 2015–2016, building on the parent company’s research-robot heritage, and its fleets run in production at large manufacturers, with case studies such as GE HealthCare published on its site.

In September 2023 Rockwell Automation, the US industrial-automation group, agreed to acquire Clearpath Robotics, and the acquisition was completed on 2 October 2023. OTTO now trades as "OTTO by Rockwell Automation" and forms the autonomous production-logistics arm of Rockwell’s portfolio, while the OTTO brand, product line and Kitchener base continue. For partners, OTTO is relevant as one of the longest-running AMR suppliers in North American manufacturing, now backed by a global automation major’s sales and service network.
