OrionStar (猎户星空) is a Beijing-based service-robot company and the robotics arm of Cheetah Mobile, building AI service robots for reception, guidance, delivery and cleaning in commercial venues. Its robot family covers most front-of-house tasks: GreetingBot models for reception and promotion, the LuckiBot delivery line for restaurants and hotels, the CarryBot for warehouse and factory transport, and the CleaniBot series for autonomous commercial floor cleaning, alongside the AgentOS robot operating system and voice-interaction, cloud and data services. The company positions its machines as labour substitutes for repetitive physical work in restaurants, retail, hospitality, healthcare facilities, showrooms and warehouses. It states cumulative global shipments of more than 60,000 robots as of December 2023 and more than 550 million service interactions (company-stated).

OrionStar was founded in 2016 and grew up inside Cheetah Mobile’s AI strategy, which gives it an in-house voice and large-model stack that many hardware-only rivals buy in; it sells both directly and through overseas distributors and solution partners.
