About Nilfisk

Nilfisk is a Danish manufacturer of professional cleaning equipment, founded in Copenhagen in 1906 and today selling in more than 100 countries, with over 90 percent of sales to professional customers (company-stated figures). Its core range covers industrial and commercial vacuum cleaners, scrubber dryers, sweepers, combination machines and high-pressure washers, plus a consumer floorcare line. Within this catalogue, Nilfisk has become one of the established suppliers of autonomous cleaning machines: its Liberty SC50 autonomous scrubber uses vision-based navigation to clean large commercial and industrial floors without an operator, and robotic cleaning sits inside a broader digital and service business that includes maintenance contracts for fleets of machines.

The company reported revenue of just under EUR 1.0 billion in 2025 and employs approximately 4,500 people across production sites in the US, Mexico, Hungary, Italy and China (company-stated figures). For partners, Nilfisk matters as the cleaning-equipment incumbent through which autonomous floor care reaches mainstream facility management: its dealer and service network in 45 countries is the channel that sells, installs and maintains robotic scrubbers at scale.

GlobleMatch Trust Signals

A directory that doesn’t sell stars. Trust Signals are built only from verifiable facts — never from anonymous ratings, and never for sale. There is no single hidden score.

Public information coverage	9 of 9 fields on the standard profile could be filled from public sources. This counts how much public information exists about the company — not how good the company is. The nine fields are listed in the methodology. Claiming the profile lets the company complete the remaining fields itself.
Last verified	6 November 2026 — facts on this profile were checked against the sources listed below. Profiles are re-checked on a published 90-day cycle; this date is never quietly refreshed.
