About Midwest Engineered Systems (MWES)

Midwest Engineered Systems (MWES) is a US custom automation and robotics integrator founded in 1991 and based in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The privately held company designs, engineers, builds and integrates bespoke automation systems for manufacturers across North America, and is an A3 Certified Robot Integrator that works OEM-agnostically — selecting robot and equipment brands per project rather than representing a single line. Its work covers robotic welding, palletizing and depalletizing, machine tending, assembly, vision inspection and complete production-line integration, together with specialities such as web-handling systems, additive manufacturing for tooling, and logistics automation including robotic layer picking and AS/RS buffer systems for warehousing and fulfilment. MWES states that it has delivered more than 4,000 automation solutions over three decades.

Industries served include automotive, aerospace, medical and healthcare, food and beverage, packaging and general manufacturing; the company is ISO 9001 aligned and ITAR compliant for defence-related work. Mechanical, electrical, robotics and software engineering are kept under one roof, supported by an in-house machine shop, and the firm also provides lifecycle service, support and control retrofits for both new and existing installations. With a team of more than 150 engineers and automation specialists, MWES targets the complex, multi-process projects that smaller integrators avoid. For manufacturers, it is a full-scope Midwest-based partner for custom robotic lines and factory-wide automation.

GlobleMatch Trust Signals

A directory that doesn’t sell stars. Trust Signals are built only from verifiable facts — never from anonymous ratings, and never for sale. There is no single hidden score.

Public information coverage	9 of 9 fields on the standard profile could be filled from public sources. This counts how much public information exists about the company — not how good the company is. The nine fields are listed in the methodology. Claiming the profile lets the company complete the remaining fields itself.
Last verified	6 November 2026 — facts on this profile were checked against the sources listed below. Profiles are re-checked on a published 90-day cycle; this date is never quietly refreshed.

Claim this profile to unlock response record, directory tenure and peer endorsements. The full methodology — what each signal measures and how it is calculated — is published in the Trust Signals methodology, including a change log.
