About Humanoid

Humanoid is a London-based robotics company building humanoid robots for industrial work, and the developer of the HMND 01 platform. The robot is offered in a wheeled Alpha configuration aimed at factory and warehouse logistics — handling loads of up to 15 kg with around four hours of runtime (company-stated) — with a bipedal version in development. The machines run on KinetIQ, the company’s proprietary four-layer AI stack built on NVIDIA compute, designed to let the same platform learn and execute different physical tasks across customer sites. Humanoid’s route to market runs through industrial partnerships rather than direct sales alone: it has announced a landmark agreement with Schaeffler to deploy thousands of humanoid robots, a scaled-production partnership with Bosch following a joint proof of concept in automotive manufacturing in March 2026, and deployments with Siemens and SAP, including an automotive logistics proof of concept with Martur Fompak.

Founded in 2024, the company grew to a team of more than 300 people within two years (company-stated), and in July 2026 it announced a $152 million Series A led by Prime Movers Lab at a $1.35 billion post-money valuation, taking total disclosed funding to $270 million (company-announced). Beta-version robots are scheduled to roll out to customer facilities from Q4 2026. For partners, Humanoid is one of Europe’s best-capitalised pure-play humanoid developers, targeting logistics, manufacturing and retail deployments.
