Blue Ocean Robotics is an Odense, Denmark developer of professional service robots, organised as what it calls a "Robot Venture Factory": each robot is developed and commercialised under its own brand within the group. The portfolio is led by UVD Robots, autonomous UV-C disinfection robots used in hospitals, clinics and pharmaceutical facilities, including a Pharma model designed for cleanroom environments; GoBe Robots, mobile telepresence robots used for meetings, school teaching, hospital consultations and facility inspections; and PTR Robots, a mobile lifting robot for safe patient transfer and rehabilitation. Founded in 2013 in Odense’s robotics cluster, the group holds ISO 9001, 14001, 13485 and 27001 certifications and, at its pandemic-era peak, held a leading share of the world market for autonomous UV-C disinfection robots (company-stated).

Its ownership changed in early 2025: after a period of financial difficulty, 3C GROUPS injected new capital, took over and converted a DKK 335 million convertible loan previously held by A.P. Møller Holding, and became the majority owner in March 2025, installing a new board and, from August 2025, a new chief executive recruited from Mobile Industrial Robots. Historical venture funding totals about $95.6 million on PitchBook’s record (reported). For partners, Blue Ocean is a healthcare-focused service-robot group rebuilding under new majority ownership.
