About Outrider

Outrider (Outrider Technologies, Inc.) is a Colorado company that automates yard operations at distribution centres and logistics hubs. Founded in 2017 — initially in stealth as Azevtec — it sells the Outrider System, an integrated package of autonomous zero-emission electric yard trucks, cloud-based management software and site infrastructure. The system takes over the repetitive, hazardous work between the warehouse door and the road: moving trailers to and from loading docks and parking spots, hitching and unhitching, connecting and disconnecting trailer brake lines with a robotic arm, and keeping a live inventory of trailer locations.

Outrider targets large enterprises in e-commerce, retail, manufacturing and consumer goods, and reports numerous Fortune 200 customers and tens of thousands of autonomous trailer moves completed at customer sites. Its headquarters and registered office are in Golden, Colorado, with a large test and operations yard in Brighton, Colorado, where it develops and validates the system. In 2026 the company launched enterprise-class support services to back the commercial rollout of its driverless system, positioning the yard — rather than the highway — as the first place autonomous freight becomes routine.

GlobleMatch Trust Signals

A directory that doesn’t sell stars. Trust Signals are built only from verifiable facts — never from anonymous ratings, and never for sale. There is no single hidden score.

Public information coverage	8 of 9 fields on the standard profile could be filled from public sources. This counts how much public information exists about the company — not how good the company is. The nine fields are listed in the methodology. Claiming the profile lets the company complete the remaining fields itself.
Last verified	6 November 2026 — facts on this profile were checked against the sources listed below. Profiles are re-checked on a published 90-day cycle; this date is never quietly refreshed.
