KNAPP AG is an Austrian warehouse-automation group that designs, builds and services complete intralogistics systems — storage, conveying, sorting, picking and the software that runs them — for healthcare, retail, food retail, fashion, wholesale and manufacturing customers. Its technology stack combines shuttle-based storage (OSR Shuttle), autonomous mobile robots (Open Shuttle and the Open Shuttle Fork for pallet transport), pocket sorter systems, robotic picking and the KiSoft family of warehouse management and execution software, increasingly coordinated through the company’s KNAPP Brain AI platform.
