Free Tools for Global Connection

Six free, private tools to help you navigate cultures, time zones, languages, budgets, and the practical side of connecting across borders.

How These Tools Fit Together

Each tool answers one practical question that comes up when you connect with someone from another country. The Timezone Planner answers “when can we both talk?”, which is the first obstacle in any long-distance friendship or working relationship. The Language Helper answers “what do I say first?” with the handful of phrases that show effort. The Conversation Starter Generator answers “what do I say next?” with questions that work without shared references. The Country Comparison Tool answers “where are we likely to misunderstand each other?” by putting two cultures side by side. The Travel Budget Calculator answers “what will it cost to visit?” when the conversation turns into a plan.

How they work

Everything runs in your browser. Nothing you type into a tool is sent to us or stored by us; close the tab and it is gone. The tools use fixed reference data (phrases, time zone rules, typical costs, cultural tendencies) that we review and update by hand, and each tool page says what its data can and cannot tell you. None of them uses an account, and none of them is a substitute for asking the actual person in front of you.

If a tool gives a result that looks wrong, tell us through the contact page; corrections from readers are how the reference data improves.
