GlobleMatch Robotics 100 — founding member terms

Effective 5 November 2026. Plain-language summary of how founding places work.

1. Who can apply

Robot brands and OEMs, component makers, distributors and systems integrators, and retailers with genuine robotics products or services. Applying is free.

2. Places

There are 100 company places: 25 robot brands & OEMs, 30 component makers, 25 distributors & integrators and 20 retailers. A company with several roles takes one place, under its main business. A place is counted only after a person approves the application.

3. Review

A person checks that the company name, website and email domain match, that the business is robotics-related, and that the main facts can be seen on public sources. Incomplete applications are sent back with questions. Review is not a certification of product safety or quality, and it is not legal or commercial due diligence.

4. What “free for life” covers

Approved founding members receive a free basic listing — profile page, product or service categories, website link, profile updates and the Founding Member mark — for as long as GlobleMatch operates the directory. No fee is charged for the basic listing, for taking part in public events or for entering the awards.

5. Keeping information accurate

Founding members agree to keep their information accurate and to answer a yearly check. GlobleMatch may pause a listing if information is found to be false or is badly out of date, and will tell the company why.

6. Leaving or correcting

A company can correct its profile or leave the programme at any time via Contact.

7. What the Founding Member mark means

It means the company was among the first 100 approved robotics companies. It is not a ranking, award, certification or endorsement. It is separate from the directory’s Founding Claimer highlight; neither grants the other.

8. Paid services are separate

Optional paid membership buys defined services only. It never affects review, buyer introductions, badges or award scoring.

9. Changes

If these terms change, the change and its date will be shown on this page. Changes will not remove the free basic listing from approved founding members.
