Brand Applications

If you submit a brand listing application through our application form, we collect the information you provide: brand and company name, website URL, contact email, country, product category, brand and product descriptions, target market, purpose of application, partnership interests, and any logo or product images you upload. We use this information solely to review your application and, if approved, to publish your brand listing.

If your application is approved, we publish only the brand information you consented to share (brand name, website, descriptions, and images). Your contact email address is never published and is used only to communicate with you about your application. If your application is not approved, we delete your submitted materials within 90 days. You may request deletion of your application data at any time by contacting us.

Consulting and Partnership Inquiries

If you send an inquiry through the forms on our consulting or partnerships pages, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, company or organization, partnership type, and your message. We use this information only to reply to you and to discuss the inquiry. It is never published, sold, or added to a marketing list. You may ask us to delete it at any time.

How Form Submissions Are Handled

Form submissions, including any files you upload, are received and stored by our website hosting provider, Netlify, and forwarded to us by email. We do not use form submissions for advertising.

Local Storage

Our optional "My Account" feature uses your browser's local storage to save your favorite tools and preferences directly on your device. This data never leaves your device, is not accessible to us, and can be cleared by you at any time through the account page or your browser settings.
