Worknaut by Skyli — Case Management for Firms That Run HR for Other Companies
Worknaut, built and operated by Skyli, Inc. of Cupertino, California, is case management for firms that run HR for other companies: every request becomes a Case that belongs to exactly one client, and its Answer Engine drafts a cited reply for a manager to approve.
The brand's starting point is a simple observation: the same question gets a different answer for each client. An employee asks when their next paycheck lands, and the answer depends on which client employs them, which state they work in, and what that client's handbook says. Every help desk on the market was built for a company supporting its own employees — firms that support several companies' employees feel the gap everywhere. Worknaut is built for them.

One Case per Request. One Client per Case.
Worknaut starts from a single idea. A request becomes a Case, and a Case belongs to exactly one client. Routing, permissions, service level agreement (SLA) targets and what the AI is allowed to read all follow from the client record, so nothing crosses over — a structure the company says also fits anywhere requests arrive across many client accounts, from last-mile delivery to internal IT desks and consumer goods inquiries.
Answer quality is the point. The Answer Engine works only from sources that belong to that client, plus public law, and each draft shows the rule it relied on, so a reviewer checks instead of searching. Once approved, the reply goes back through the channel the request came in on. Employee records are synced from the client's HR system, with BambooHR supported.

The product is built to scale with the firm that runs it: adding a client is a connection, not a project, and a new client can go live the same day it is won. Pricing, the company says, stays tied to the service the firm runs — not to the headcount of the clients it serves.
Built for the Multi-Client Gap
The three problems Worknaut was built to close — in the brand's words.
Requests Arrive Wherever People Already Write
Phone, email and messaging split one client's work across places that do not talk to each other. The full picture lives in whoever happened to handle it.
Client Work Stays Fragmented
Separate accounts, separate logins, separate context. Someone switches between them all day, and the client's history never sits in one place.
Every Client Runs on Its Own Calendar
Pay dates, cycles and policies differ by client. Nothing lines them up, so errors are a matter of time.
The problem, in Worknaut's own framing. (From worknaut.ai.)
What Worknaut Does
Every Channel. One Board.
Email, chat, phone and portal land in one queue, each ticket already matched to its client. Every ticket runs on its own client's SLA clock, and the queue sorts itself by what is about to breach.
Drafts That Cite Their Source
The AI drafts each reply from the client's handbook and the law, with the rule it used attached — the citation chip opens the exact handbook paragraph. Approved answers become per-client knowledge cards the AI can cite; it cites only those.
Every Client. One Screen.
The manager's morning on one page — what is due, unassigned and past SLA — plus every client's pay dates and absences on one calendar with a morning brief, per-client statistics ready for the monthly report, and admin that adds a client, its channels and its people once.
Connect. Isolate. Answer.
1. Connect
Worknaut takes requests where they already land. Connect the client's existing channels; their employees keep writing where they have always written, and each message arrives as a Case with an owner, a status and a clock.
2. Isolate
A Case belongs to exactly one client. Public legal sources are shared across clients; client documents never are. Each action is recorded.
3. Answer
Worknaut gathers the client's own policy, the history and the legal sources, and drafts the reply with the rule it used. A manager approves it before it sends.

What is Worknaut?

Does the AI send answers on its own?
No. It drafts, with the rule it used attached. A manager reviews and approves before anything goes out to an employee, and every action is recorded.
How long does adding a client take?
The same day. Adding a client is connecting its channels and employee records, not a build. Routing, permissions and SLA follow from the client record once it exists.
Can one client ever see another client's data?
No. Each Case, document and conversation belongs to exactly one client, and that boundary decides what your team sees and what the AI may read.
Do we have to move off the tools we use now?
No. Worknaut connects to the email, phone and messaging your clients already use, and keeps the record on your side.
